Who We Are
LVN Construction was founded in 2008 with a strong background in carpentry. Since then, we have successfully completed over 400 projects and now specialise in renovating beautiful dream homes for families.
We take a personal and thoughtful approach to every renovation. Each home is custom-designed to suit our clients’ needs, creating practical, affordable, and comfortable living spaces the whole family can enjoy.
Our founder, Lewis, brings over 30 years of industry experience and genuine passion to every build.
He personally oversees each project, using only the highest-quality materials that fit any budget. With a positive team culture and high standards, we deliver a smooth, professional experience and homes built to last.
Our Process
LVN Constructions follows a process built on transparency, precision, and genuine collaboration — from first conversation to final installation.
1. Getting to Know You
The process starts with a detailed conversation about your project. We’ll ask you to provide as much information as possible, including any plans, sketches, inspiration photos, site information, and details about how you would like your home to function. We also want to understand your priorities, must-haves, budget expectations, and desired timeframe. The more information you can provide upfront, the better we can guide you through the process and provide realistic advice from the beginning. Our goal is to understand not only what you want to build, but how you and your family will live in the space so we can help create a home that works for your lifestyle as well as your budget.
2. Plans & Documentation Support
If you already have plans, that’s great—we’ll work with what you’ve got. If not, we can guide you through the process and connect you with trusted designers and draftspeople to help bring your ideas to life and ensure everything is set up properly from the start.
3. Preliminary Cost Estimate
Using your plans and any available information, we prepare an educated estimate of the build cost. This helps you understand where the project sits financially before committing to full documentation and detailed quoting.
4. Detailed Quoting
If the estimate aligns with your budget, we move forward with a detailed formal quote, clearly outlining the scope of works so you know exactly what’s included..
5. Contract & Build
Once you’re happy to proceed, we finalise contracts and get everything in place to start building—keeping the process clear, organised, and stress-free for you and your family.
The filming of completed Niddrie will need be added in as the photos have not been taken yet.
